Nano-zinc borate
Nano-zinc borate has high diffusivity and thus has great influence on creep and superplasticity, and can increase the solid solubility of solid solution, lower sintering temperature, promote chemical activity and corrosion resistance. Compared with conventional crystalline zinc borate, nano-zinc borate features high strength-hardness, high diffusivity, high plasticity-flexibility,low density lowelastic modulus,high electric resistance,high specific heat,high thermal coefficient of expansion,low thermal conductivity,good soft-magnetic property. Therefore, nano-zinc borate can be widely used in high mechanical property environment, absorption of light and heat, nonlinear optics, special conductors, catalysts, sensor and lubricants etc. Application
 
1.Environmental sound fire retardant: Nano-zinc borate can take the place ofantimony trioxide and used together with magnesium hydroxide;
2.Textiles: It can improve the fire resistance, waterproof and mechanical properties of textiles;
3.Electric power: Nano-zinc borate can improve the electropercussiveness of 110,000 volt porcelain insulators;
4.Glaze material additive: It can make the surface of glaze materials free of frost;
5.Coating additive: Nano-zinc borate can endow products with bactericidal and antiseptic property;
6.Rubber additive: It can improve the fire resistance and mechanical properties of various natural or synthetic rubbers;
7.Additive of lubricating oils: It can improve the frictional behavior of lubricating oils.
